Ashton is offically 1 year old on 2 June 2010!

On 30 May, we had a mini bday bash for him at my inlaws' place. Initially we dont intend to give him any bday bash/party at all. But due to my inlaws' insistant, we gave him a mini one, only invited hubby's relatives =)

We have been busy after we came back from KL, just for this super mini bday bash. We handmade cookies for his bday goodies bags and even vaccum & sealed the pack ourselves, print the 'thank you' stickers our own etc..

Other than the POOH balloon bouquet we bought earlier on at APRIL, we also bought him 1 more bday pooh helium balloon and another bouquet of normal helium bday balloons.

And I swear, I looked like an idiot when I took the 2 bouquets of helium balloons to the carpark. Everyone was looking at me and I'm sure all the passerby knew that day was Ashton's party, HAHA!

Thinking back, It's kinda silly for me to spend nearly $100 on the balloons. But the kids had funy, they each took back 1 of the normal helium balloons. Initially all were aiming on the pooh ones but the pooh ones was supposed to be Ashton's gift =)

After praying (yes my inlaws said 1yo must pray, so they even prepare a big chk!), we brought Ashton to AMK to collect his cake. And naughty Ashton go swipe the kaya on the floor and causing me have to pay for the spilled kaya! Lucky was just $1.50. Cant imagine if he spoil those ex thingy at shopping malls.

And both baby and me were SHOCKED when we saw the cake. We thought the person took the wrong one out. Cause it was so HUGE! haha!

Other than cookies, we also prepared some YummyEarth Organic sweets and lollipops

The next day after we packed the goodies bags, my mum told me the bags seemed too plain so we went to get some chocolates and add into the bags =)

We totally did NOT regret ordering the cake with Pine Garden! They never disappoint us in both design and the taste of the cake!

Even all our guests cmpliments on the cake saying the design was very pretty and it tasted delicious! Most of them had more than 1 slice. Baby' uncle even had 5 big slices! haha!
