Even till now still very PAINFUL!!! I had a hard time bathing, washing my hair, drying my hair etc... Can't really move my neck also... yoko yoko doesn't seems to help.. Was thinking of pasting salon pas...

Seems like there's different problems for me to handle EVERYDAY lo.......
